About Us

• We are a "hardcore but not really" guild, we want to spend as little time as possible on encounters, ergo we require no less but the best from you. repeatedly making the same mistake(s) will lead to a quick guild removal.
• We keep our member numbers minimal, being a member will require you have a high raid attendance!
• WE decide if you receive a loot or not, depending on what is best for the guild and raid, if you're horny for them purple pixels you might as well stop reading now, that goes for dramaqueens as well.
• We don't need cocky elitist jerks, if you want to mention a member's flaws or you think someone could improve in some way do it in a form of constructive criticism.

• Having said all the above, I repeat myself when I say we absolutely don't want lootwhores, dramaqueens, jerks, or little whiny kids. if you find yourself unable to know when to put a lid on it, or in clear english 'shut the fuck up' this guild is not for you.

Qualities we are looking for and require from you are:
• Dedication
• Maturity and Flexibility
• Extensive knowledge of the Game, respectively your Class and your Spec
• Ability to stay at the keyboard and focused during raids
• Activity, we require a high raid attendance from you
• Know what's going on, know what's coming. read up on them tactics, watch youtube clips if you have to, we expect you to know what's going on during the current as well as the upcoming encounter(s)
• Decency and Common Sense, yes we actually need you to not be a complete twat, locally as well as externally (meaning in guild/raids as well as in public chats and pugs, etc.)

Additionally;
• Must have Ventrilo 3.0
• Ability to understand and speak English when needed

Trialists

Now, if you are still reading and you think you can meet our expectations, go right ahead and make an application <link here>.
We will read and consider your application as soon as possible, don't bother asking about it, we will let you know wether or not you will be trialed.

There are no limits on how long you will stay Trial, wether or not you fit into this guild will be decided entirely by you. If we think you have what it takes, you will be promoted. asking or even whining about it will get you no less than a removal.

Of course you are welcome to ask for criticism, nobody is perfect after all, but you must be willing and able to improve if there is something you are doing wrong.

At last but not at least; Members have higher loot priority than Trials, even if it is offspec for a member yet mainspec for you, you are not likely to receive loot unless it would otherwise be disenchanted.
Exceptions are made, but this is entirely up to your performance and behaviour thus far!
